Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 09.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.,
             the Business Development and Revenue Generation Division, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a training program entitled “Promoting Knowledge and Understanding of Business Model Canvas: Business Plan for Fiscal Year 2025” at Chor Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

          The objective of the program was to enhance the participants’ knowledge and understanding of the Business Model Canvas concept and principles, enabling them to effectively apply the framework in developing business plans for their respective units. The training also provided an opportunity for knowledge exchange and consultation with an expert.

           The university was honored to have Mr. Natthapat Lopraditpong, Managing Director of Performance Excellence Center Co., Ltd., as the guest speaker. He provided a comprehensive lecture along with practical advice and recommendations regarding the development of the Business Model Canvas.

           Furthermore, Associate Professor Dr. Banthit Phangnirun, Vice President for Business Development and Revenue Generation, participated in the event and provided feedback and recommendations on the business plans of 26 university units, with the aim of improving the quality and alignment of the plans with the university’s strategic direction.

           The training program reflects the university's commitment to enhancing the efficiency and capacity of its staff in strategic planning and business development, in accordance with its policy framework and fiscal year objectives.
