At
9:00 AM, Associate Professor Dr. Bandit
Phangnirun, Vice President for Business
Development and Revenue Generation,
presided over the opening of a training
program on "Customer Journey"
for the fiscal year 2025, as assigned by
the university president.
The
training featured Ajarn Nattapat
Lopraditphong, a senior researcher and
consultant at the Thailand Productivity
Institute, who also serves as a
strategic education planning advisor for
the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi
Hospital. He delivered a lecture on
"Customer Journey" and
facilitated discussions on defining
customer stages and steps as a core
element of business planning. Various
units explored practical applications in
their respective fields, such as
training for professional certification,
nursing education, and services related
to cashew nut products. The session also
covered strategies to encourage repeat
customers and effectively address
customer concerns or negative biases
towards products.
The atmosphere
was engaging, with all participating
units demonstrating strong dedication
and systematic planning, emphasizing
customer service as the key priority.
The event was organized by the Business
Development and Revenue Generation
Division, Central Administration
Office.
